Customer Care Specialist at Well.ca!

Responsibilities:

• Respond to all customer inquiries by phone, chat, and email
• Help customers find products and information, navigate the site, and make orders
• Liaison with shipping team to ensure order accuracy
• Backorder and problem order management

Requirements:

• Great computer skills with programs such as Microsoft Word, Internet Explorer, and the ability to learn new software quickly
• Highly developed communication skills, including excellent writing, spelling, and written communication
• A polite, earnest, well-meaning personality and the ability to remain calm in emotionally charged situations
• Friendly, hard-working, and passionate
• High School diploma required, some post-secondary education preferred
• Experience in customer service is a strong asset

Bonus Points:

• Experience with and knowledge of pharmaceutical and beauty products
• Start-up experience
