Responsibilities:
- Respond to all customer inquiries by phone, chat, and email
- Help customers find products and information, navigate the site, and make orders
- Liaison with shipping team to ensure order accuracy
- Backorder and problem order management
Requirements:
- Great computer skills with programs such as Microsoft Word, Internet Explorer, and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Highly developed communication skills, including excellent writing, spelling, and written communication
- A polite, earnest, well-meaning personality and the ability to remain calm in emotionally charged situations
- Friendly, hard-working, and passionate
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to remain focused while multi-tasking
- High School diploma required
Bonus Points:
- Experience with and knowledge of pharmaceutical and beauty products
- Experience in customer service is a strong asset
Compensation and Hours:
This is a full time position. Hours are on a fixed schedule, but some weekend hours are required.
