UI/UEX at Well.ca!

Do you have a passion for designing slick, sexy websites? Have you been using Photoshop and Illustrator and Photoshop since you were a baby? Our ideal candidate is someone that loves minimalist design, colour and composition, and ‘gets’ Web 2.0. We’re looking for someone that isn’t afraid to write a bit of CSS and HTML to make their designs look great. If you’re good with Flash/Flex, we might not let you leave after the interview. The position is full time in our downtown Guelph office.

Responsibilities

• Dream up new redesign ideas for Well.ca, the pages, UI, look, colours
• Make graphics for new pages, campaigns, featured stories
• Build stuff in Flash to really make things pop

Requirements

• Knowledge of Photoshop (and possibly Illustrator)
• Design portfolio of previous worked-on web sites
• Clear verbal and writing skill
• Intermediate knowledge of CSS and HTML

Bonus Points

• Knowledge of Flash / Flex
• Graphic design portfolio - Photoshop, etc.
• Ability to bake cupcakes
