Responsibilities:
- Assisting in planning and launching customer retention marketing intitiatives
- Using new and existing methods to track current and future customer retention
- Develop recommendations for departments launching new customer retention initiatives
- Once approved, bring in other other departments to enact new initiatives, and do so independently where possible
- Create comprehensive reports on the success of new initiatives and evaluate the project’s overall success
- Use the web to enhance our current marketing and customer retention strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of post-secondary education completed, Marketing or Communications-related discipline preferred
- Understanding of marketing and e-commerce principles
- Friendly, hard-working, and passionate
- Exceptional communication skills and creativity
- Ability to work independently
Bonus Points:
- Experience with and knowledge of pharmaceutical and beauty products
- Web marketing or e-commerce experience
- Ability to bake cupcakes or other baked goods
Compensation and Hours:
This is a full time, 12-week internship, funded by the Industry Canada Small Business Internship Program. Start date is flexible. Talk to us about compensation.
